When to Visit

October to November and March to April offer ideal weather. December to February can be cold and foggy (10-15°C). May to September is hot and humid with occasional heavy rain. Winter requires light jackets and layers.

Noi Bai International Airport is 30km north of the city center with connections worldwide. The city is connected by train and bus to all major Vietnamese destinations. Ha Long Bay is a 3-4 hour drive east.
